On those consumer expression surveys make sure you are confirming from your email when you complete the survey.

And make sure you check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation emails go there!

I realize this thread is a bit old, but I wanted to agree that more often than not these days your approval rate is better if you check for confirmation emails. Win surveys, MID, lots of the freebies send them and it just takes a second to click the confirmation link they send.
